Aligning my personal vision with the Board Vision Statement
It is very important for me, as a servant leader of a Catholic Learning Community, and aspiring superintendent to ensure that my own vision statement is in alignment with the collaborative vision statement created by the school board.
Personal Vision Statement:
To help all learners to become: critical thinkers, problem solvers, creative, innovative, collaborative, communicators, responsible global digital citizens informed by the teachings of Christ, in an environment that develops leadership inspired to create positive social change.
